SUMMER CLASSES!

Toddler (2.5-3) Sessions: 10:30am – 11:30am, Mon-Thu
Join us for a fun-filled, magical summer adventure designed for our littlest dancers! Our Toddlers Dance Camp is the perfect introduction to the world of movement, rhythm, and creativity. Our tiny dancers will be introduced to basic ballet and jazz techniques while learning to follow directions and work on gross motor skills. This camp combines gentle ballet, acro, and imaginative play, all while nurturing your child’s love for dance and movement.
Each day, your child will explore basic ballet and acro movements in a playful, non-pressured environment. Through interactive story time, they’ll also develop their listening skills and engage in creative expression. Our friendly instructors will guide your little one through exercises that build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence, all while having tons of fun! Ages 2.5-3.
$65 for one week

Preschool Princess Sessions: 1:15pm – 2:30pm, Mon-Thu
Our preschooler camps offer carefully planned weekly themed dance routines based on basic motor skills and also will provide preschoolers with games and crafts. It will help your child(ren) learn to work in groups and take instruction from others. Camp will engage their motor skills and introduce them to rhythm and movement. Recommended ages for this camp are 4-6.
$70 for one week

Eras Dance Camp Sessions: 3:00pm – 4:30pm, Mon-Thu
The Era’s Dance Camp offers an opportunity for young children to learn a variety styles of dance, make crafts, meet new friends and have an in-studio performance for parents at the end of the camp week! No experience needed! Dancers should bring a water bottle!! Ages 7-11.
$80 for one week

Teen Sessions: 5:30pm – 7:00pm, Mon-Thu
This class is a great way for dancers to maintain technical skillls and master new skills while learning fun combos in various styles!! Ages 12-18.

Class Descriptions:

Pre Ballet/Pre Jazz Combo (ages 2-4): Students in pre-ballet/jazz will be introduced to basic ballet and jazz techniques while learning to follow directions and work on gross motor skills. The concentration in this level is posture development, musicality and rhythm, coordination, and creative expression through movement. Dance attire includes a black or colored leotard. Tights are not required. Ballet shoes are not required but are highly recommended.

Intro to Hip Hop (ages 6-11): Students will learn basic hip hop skills through dancing and games. Foot articulation, tempo, rhythm and downbeat will be the concentration of this class. Sneakers are required. Dance attire includes tank tops, dance tops, fitted tees, dance pants that do not hang down or cover the shoes, leggings, spandex  and leotards in any color.

Beginning Jazz/Ballet (ages 5-7): Students in beginning ballet will be developing basic ballet technique working from the five positions.  They will concentrate on posture with the use of the core muscles, plie and tendu, and center work that involves gross motor skills, in addition to creative expression and musicality. This class will also introduce the students to the basics of classical jazz dance. This class will focus on proper technique, musicality, execution of basic steps and performance through warm up, center work, and across the floor. Introduction to proper turning/leaping technique in addition to an increased focus on core strength and flexibility will be touched on.

Intermediate Hip Hop (ages 12-18): This class teaches students how to coordinate strong movements while also introducing Hip Hop styles and facial expressions. Flexibility and precision are mastered within combinations. It is preferred you wear loose baggy clothing that you can comfortably have free range of motion in for this class. Acceptable attire of tank tops, dance tops, tee shirts, sweatpants, dance pants, shorts, and athletic wear. Shoes worn for Hip Hop are closed toed sneakers. Teacher approval is required for this class. Please email us if your dancer is interested.

Intermediate Tap (ages 12-18): Students will work on increasing speed, footwork, rhythm, turning steps and difficulty of combinations through warm ups, center work and across the floor. Tap shoes are required. Dance attire includes tank tops, dance tops, fitted tees, dance pants that do not hang down or cover the shoes, leggings, spandex  and leotards in any color. Teacher approval is required for this class. Please email us if your dancer is interested.
